I adore how afternoon Acorns look after each other, this was especially evident during our afternoon walk.

Whilst out walking Acorns found a hole and decided a badger must live there.

Acorns collected leaves and went back indoors to create beautiful Autumn crowns.

Acorns read ‘the crunching munching caterpillar’ after spotting a butterfly outside in the garden.

They enjoyed making caterpillars and butterflies at the play-dough table

and telling Mrs Woodall how caterpillars turn into butterflies.

Finally Acorns investigated melting. They could explain why things occur and about the changes they could see.

They chatted whilst exploring about whether they liked ice in their drink and if they would want to live on an ice mountain!
