The children keep on striving for success!
An exciting week in Willow class.
The children have been working exceptionally hard in English. They have been adapting the original text and I am looking forward to reading their new inventions in their hot task next week.
In maths, the children have been looking at data handling. They studied a range of pictograms and what each picture was worth. The children also looked at tally charts and answered true and false questions about the different graphs. They also created their own graph using Smarties. The children grouped the Smarties into colours and then counted them and showed their results in a bar graph.
The children watched a play about bullying this week; they were really engaged in it.
They have also been making exceptional progress with their swimming and are becoming stronger and more confident in the water.
Keep it up year 3.
