Making motivational messages!
This week in Oak Class we have focused our attention on our motivational messages to help us when we find tasks challenging. I have seen Oak use their messages in a range of situations and I am proud of the resilience and determination shown by our class.
This wee has also been healthy eating week! We have learnt about different types of foods and their effects on our body and learnt about what we need to do and eat to stay healthy. After this, we each developed a resolution to help us in our mission to be healthy! Here are some of our resolutions:
- To drink more water
- Eat more fruit and vegetables
- Have breakfast every day
- Do exercise every day
- Allow myself enough time to sleep each night
In light of this, Oak class were given the opportunity to prepare and taste some new fruits! Every member chopped some fruit and we all enjoyed the fruit salad!
