Weaver Hall

This week Maple class went on a trip to Weaver Hall Museum where we learnt about the The Great Fire of London. We met two servants who worked for Samuel Pepys and we even helped them with some of their many chores.

Throughout the day we learnt how they managed to control the fire by pulling houses down with hooks and passing containers of water straight from the River Thames.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the museum and were delighted to make and take home our very own fire marks and tuzzy-muzzies.
