Week of Activities
There are lots of activities to try this half term on the May P.E. Calendar.
Monday – with a ball of socks or a ball, can you complete 30 catches, 20 around the waist moves and 10 figure of 8’s through your legs as quickly as possible.
Tuesday – jumping challenge, two feet together and see how far you can jump, mark where you land and see if you can beat it.
Wednesday – physical exercise, perform 30 star jumps, 20 sit ups and 10 press ups.
Thursday – alphabet game, shout out a letter and see if you can make the shape of each letter with your body.
Friday – skipping challenge, how long can you skip for? If you don’t have a skipping rope then jump or hop on the spot.
