In English this week we learnt about Rami, a refugee who had been pulled from the sea by some fishermen, during the reading of our model text, a newspaper article. We have answered questions about this, looked for features within this and even understood the vocabulary used within the article.
In maths this week we have been looking at angles on a straight line, around a point and then moved on to finding missing angles within triangles and more complex shapes. We found that we were able to use our knowledge from previous lessons and apply this to the next lesson, we were very impressed by everyone’s resilience and determination- well done.
This week we have focused on expressing ourselves and had many discussions about what makes us happy and how we like to express ourselves. We enjoy sport, painting, baking and even reading!
