What to do if you need urgent mental health help:
Call 0300 303 3972 to speak to dedicated local NHS staff who will support you to get the help you need. Open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for adults and children.
CAMHS out of hours crisis line (5-9pm) for advice 01244 397644.
